Coach Cade has an extensive background in gymnastics and cheerleading with over 15 years of experience as an athlete. Cade began coaching at Premier Athletics in 2013 at our Lexington facility. He has worked in our Nashville and Northern Kentucky locations. He came back to his home town to manage the Crossville location in 2022. Cade’s favorite part about working at Premier is helping athletes excel in the sport they love.
Amanda started coaching and teaching tumbling classes over 10 years ago, following many years of recreational cheer. She loves working with all ages and skill levels but particularly thrives with preschool-aged children. She enjoys organizing special clinics and camps for this age group. Amanda loves working with family and friends who are like family, and she celebrates with athletes and their parents when new skills are achieved and goals surpassed. She has three great kids, Cade, Drake, and Ryleigh, and treasures the gym kids and families she has met through the years.
Coach Betsy Collins' dance experience began on the Lake High school dance team in Hartville, Ohio where she danced from grades
9-12. From there she went on to be a proud member of the Ohio State University dance team for four years and is still involved with the dance team alumni society today. Upon college graduation, Ms. Betsy had the honor of serving as the Ohio State Dance team coach for two years along with close friend and fellow alumnus Erin Murray. During this time she gained experience as a choreographer, and team director. After returning to Ohio from a brief move to Florida, Ms. Betsy became an instructor at the Judy Dollenmeyer Studio of Dance in Gahanna Ohio where she taught until she and her family moved to Crossville eight years ago. Currently, Ms. Betsy teaches Hip Hop and Jazz classes. Ms. Betsy is also the proud coach of Premier Athletics All Star competition dance teams.
Ms. Betsy's most important job however, is being mom to Walker and Cameron Collins and wife of 19 years to Beau Collins.
Brittany cheered throughout high school and has over 15 years of experience coaching tumbling and cheer, working with athletes from preschool to All Stars. She is also a PE teacher, married, and a mother of four, with all three of her daughters involved in cheer. Brittany is passionate about inspiring young athletes and continues to share her love for the sport through her work at Premier Athletics.
Emily has cheered for 14 years, participating in both recreational cheer and All Star cheerleading. She went on to become a collegiate cheerleader. Emily has over two years of coaching experience and is glad to be part of the Premier Athletics family.
Ryleigh began her athletic journey at the age of 4 with Recreational cheer, and by age 6 she had joined All Star cheer. Competing until her graduation in 2024. Over the past three years, she has also been a Fashionista with Varsity Allstar. Now, Ryleigh is transitioning into teaching and coaching tumbling classes and an All Star team, while also pursuing a modeling career. She is thrilled to be back at Premier Athletics, where she aims to inspire young athletes to share her passion for the sport.
Shannon is a former high school UCA All Star cheerleader. Her love for fitness, competition and athletics extended into her adulthood. Having run a full marathon and more than 25 half marathons, she recently switched her focus to bodybuilding and competes in NPC Bikini Master’s Body Building. Shannon has her Bachelor’s in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse with a Certification in Operating Room Nursing. She works at Cumberland Medical Center in the OR, PACU, and Outpatient Endoscopy. Shannon has two young adult sons, Isaac and Treven. Shannon’s favorite thing about working at PA Crossville is creating relationships with the athletes, and seeing their excited faces when they’ve mastered a new skill.
Ms T is our pre-K and beginner substitute. Ms. Teresa retired after 32 years of teaching physical education in Indiana. Ms. T loves helping young tumblers improve their skills in a safe and fun environment.
Coach Ariana has an extensive background in dance and tumbling with over 15 years experience as an athlete. During that time she has been on a competitive dance team for 7 years and was on Tennessee Techs dance team for one year. She was also on her high school dance team all four years. Ariana is so excited to share her love and knowledge of the sport to this next generation, and can’t wait to help the athletes reach their full potential.
Jay Noffsinger is the owner of Premier Athletics Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Crossville. Jay is a former Marine Corps Combat Engineer. After completing basic training, he followed and completed courses dependent upon his field specialty. Jay studied business at Middle Tennessee State University and has several years of experience in business management and administration. He is an excellent motivator and has coached teams to numerous national titles and a World title. Jay loves providing communities with family friendly gyms that educate, train, and provide life skills to athletes of all ages.
